Provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use only an account you are authorized to control. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or trip information has been misused.

Use OGA lawfully and safely. Do not impersonate another person, interfere with the service, evade safety controls, misuse location or payment features, harass others, or use OGA to facilitate unlawful or dangerous conduct.

Availability depends on the service area, operating status, eligible drivers, and enabled providers. A fare shown before confirmation is an estimate unless OGA clearly identifies it as the final amount. Test or demonstration flows do not create a live transportation commitment.

Driver access may require identity, licence, insurance, vehicle, and safety review. Submission does not guarantee approval. OGA may pause or revoke access when information is expired, inaccurate, unsafe, or inconsistent with service requirements.

OGA may investigate reports and suspend or restrict accounts to protect users, comply with lawful obligations, or prevent fraud and abuse. Emergency situations should be directed to the appropriate local emergency service; OGA is not an emergency-response provider.

Features, service areas, and providers may change as OGA develops. We may update these terms and will identify the current version when renewed consent is required.
