We may collect your name, verified email address, phone number, account preferences, consent records, and authentication identifiers. Ride features may also collect pickup and destination details, trip status, fare records, ratings, support requests, and safety reports.

Driver applicants may provide vehicle details and verification documents. Location is collected only when a relevant ride feature is active and permission has been granted.

We use information to provide accounts and ride features, protect riders and drivers, prevent misuse, operate customer support, maintain transaction and audit records, and improve service reliability.

If you continue with Google, Google verifies your identity and sends OGA your basic profile information: account identifier, name, and verified email address. OGA does not receive your Google password.

We share information only as needed to operate OGA, including with authentication, hosting, maps, payment, notification, verification, safety, and support providers when those services are enabled. We may also disclose information when required to address fraud, safety, or lawful requests.

We use access controls, protected sessions, audit records, and other safeguards appropriate to the service. We retain information only as long as needed for operations, safety, disputes, legal obligations, and legitimate business records, then delete or de-identify it where appropriate.

You can review your account information, manage optional permissions, and request account deletion from the OGA account area. Some records may need to be retained for safety, dispute, fraud-prevention, or legal reasons.
